About Zoony Pets

Zoony Pets LLC is owned and operated by me, pet care specialist Angela Neice.

I live in the Ravenna neighborhood of Seattle, and I provide mobile, individualized pet care services throughout North Seattle and beyond! I have over 7 years of professional animal care experience, and I have worked with a large variety of species including cats and dogs, birds, rodents and small mammals, reptiles, amphibians, insects and more.

I offer dog walks, and pet sitting for cats, dogs, puppies, and exotics under 20 lbs including birds, herps, bunnies, rodents and more.

I have a bachelor’s degree in biology and a certificate in applied animal behavior, both from the University of Washington. I’m passionate about following up-to-date best practices in positive reinforcement-centered animal care and behavioral study. Before working in pet care, I worked at AZA accredited zoos as an exhibit attendant and zookeeping intern.

I decided to start my own business after the local pet care company where I had been employed decided to discontinue its pet care arm. Zoony Pets LLC is named after my first cat, a grey long-haired tabby named Zoony. Throughout my life I have had the pleasure of owning goldfish, cats, hamsters, budgies, and frogs. I’ve always been especially interested in animals, and as a kid I was known for having a steel-trap mind for fun animal facts (and hopefully I still do!).

I love working with animals because it’s always challenging, and no two work days are the same! Having experience both with domestic animals and in the rigorous, high-stakes environment of zoo animal care, you can be assured your pet will receive the highest standard of care.
